Begin with a private, no-obligation video consultation from anywhere in the world. Share your inspiration (photos, sketches, or even a mood board), discuss your preferences for metal, diamond type (lab-grown or natural), and budget, and let our designers help refine your vision into a cohesive concept. All consultations are conducted virtually for your convenience.
Once we've captured your ideas, our design team creates hand-drawn sketches or photorealistic 3D renderings of your piece. This ensures you can see exactly how your jewelry will look before any metal is cast or stone is set. Revisions are included until you're completely satisfied with the design.
Choose your center stone and accent diamonds from our curated inventory of GIA-graded lab-grown and natural diamonds. Select platinum or 18K gold in yellow, white, or rose, plus details such as milgrain, engraving, or filigree. High-resolution images and videos are provided for remote approval.
Once your design and materials are approved, your jewelry moves to our workshop. Our master jewelers handcraft your piece using traditional techniques combined with modern precision tools. Every setting, prong, and polish is inspected for quality and durability.
When your piece is complete, it's shipped securely with full insurance and signature confirmation. You'll receive your jewelry along with diamond certification, care instructions, and our lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. Virtual follow-ups are available for questions or future resizing needs.
